This residential development project involved the design and construction of 90 units of modern 3-bedroom bungalows located behind Aminu Kano International Airport in Fagge Local Government Area, Kano State. The initiative was aimed at addressing the growing demand for affordable and comfortable housing within the city, particularly for workers, families, and middle-income earners.

Each unit was carefully designed with functionality, durability, and aesthetics in mind. The bungalows feature spacious living areas, three well-ventilated bedrooms, a kitchen, toilets and baths, as well as front verandas to encourage outdoor relaxation and social interaction.

Beyond the housing units themselves, we executed complementary site works to ensure the estate’s functionality and long-term sustainability. This included road layout within the estate, drainage systems to manage stormwater effectively, water supply provisions, electricity connection points, and public space allocation.

Scope of Work:

• Architectural design and structural construction of 90 bungalow units

• Foundation, blockwork, roofing, plastering, tiling, and painting

• Internal fittings: doors, windows, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and finishes

• Perimeter fencing and security gatehouse

• Grading and construction of internal access roads

• Installation of drainage systems for water management

• Water and electricity infrastructure provisions

• Space allocation for future community facilities (e.g., shops, green areas)

Community Impact:
This project has created a serene and structured residential environment within close proximity to a major transport hub — the Aminu Kano International Airport. It promotes home ownership, supports urban decongestion, and provides dignified living spaces for families. With a focus on quality craftsmanship and efficient layout, the estate offers comfort, safety, and long-term value for its residents.
